Are you an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator available immediately? We're looking for a proactive HR professional to provide short-term support to a busy People team in Swansea. This is a hands-on, fast-paced temporary assignment where you'll be supporting the Wales People Partners with a range of employee lifecycle administration duties. This role is primarily office-based, allowing you to work closely with the team and quickly get up to speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing probationary review letters and associated administration
  • Managing sickness absence administration, including trigger letters and documentation
  • Typing and formatting meeting notes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Supporting the People team with general HR administration
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required

About You

  • Previous experience in a HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role
  • Confident producing HR correspondence and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
