Hoop Education is currently seeking a committed and compassionate ALN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in schools across Llanelli. This role plays a key part in helping learners with Additional Learning Needs thrive both academically and personally.
Your Role:
- Support pupils with ALN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and abilities
- Promote confidence, independence, and engagement in the classroom
