Location: Secondary Schools – Rhyl Area.
Daily Rate: From £105 - £120 per day.
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Monday to Friday.
Contract: Flexible, Term-Time Only.
Hoop Education offers multiple Cover Supervisor positions across Chester and North Wales. This role does not require a qualified teacher qualification. Candidates should be confident, calm, and ready to lead a classroom.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-set work in the absence of a teacher
- Maintain a focused, respectful classroom environment
- Support pupils with questions and encourage discussion
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure safety
- Collect completed work and report on the session
- Be a positive role model for students
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).
- EWC registration (or willingness to register).
- Calm, organised approach and excellent communication skills.
- Genuine passion for helping pupils succeed.
