Your Role
- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small‑group ALN support.
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery.
- Create a safe, engaging learning environment.
- Support classroom organisation and resources.
- Monitor progress and contribute to individual learning plans.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs.
Requirements
- Level 6 TA qualification or HLTA status (essential).
- Experience supporting pupils with ALN.
- Patient, proactive, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
