Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced and resilient Nursing Home Manager to manage a large-bedded nursing home in the Newport area. This is a brilliant opportunity for a highly experienced, proven leader with experience in managing both a substantial size service and large staff team.
Responsibilities
- As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance.
- You will provide strong leadership, fostering a positive and supportive culture for residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an active PIN
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Proven experience managing a large bedded nursing home
- Extensive experience leading and developing large staff teams
- Excellent organisational, IT and leadership skills
- A resilient and proactive approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A passion for providing outstanding care and creating a welcoming, supportive environment
