- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small‑group ALN support
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery
- Create a safe, engaging learning environment
- Support classroom organisation and resources
- Monitor progress and contribute to individual learning plans
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
Requirements
- Level 6 TA qualification or HLTA status (essential)
- Experience supporting pupils with ALN
- Patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
