Hoop Nursing and Social Care are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Children's Support Worker to join a specialist team in the Swansea area. As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming and positive environment where children and young people feel valued, supported and able to reach their full potential. Alongside supporting children, you will work closely with mothers and families, contributing to a holistic support service that empowers and creates positive outcomes for all.

This is a part-time position, 18.5 hours per week.

Essential
  • Level 3 in Childcare
  • Min. 2 years experience working with children and Young People in a similar setting
  • Personable and professional, with the ability to make positive working partnerships
