Hoop Recruitment LTD is seeking an interim Learning & Development Coordinator in Cwmbran (predominantly office-based) for circa 2 months. Salary circa £40,000 pro rata. This hands-on role supports the delivery and coordination of core L&D activity, combining training delivery, administration and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll drive onboarding, support the Training Needs Analysis, manage e-learning and reporting, and align training with business needs across the organisation.
