Hoop Nursing are seeking an exceptional Nursing Home Manager who is confident building a positive, efficient and accountable culture. We are looking for someone who is approachable and compassionate, but also direct, decisive, and able to make difficult decisions when needed.

As Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding clinical care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and financial performance.

We're looking for someone who:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the management and clinical teams.

  • Registered Nurse with an active PIN.
  • Level 5 in Management.
  • Previous experience managing a nursing home service.
