Your Role:
- Provide support to nursery pupils with additional learning needs
- Adapt learning activities to suit individual abilities and learning styles
- Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement in the classroom
- Support pupils with emotional and behavioural needs where required
- Assist with daily play routines and organisation
- Monitor and report on pupil progress and development
- Work closely with nursery teachers and other support staff to encourage learning
About You:
- Experience in nurseries, childcare, or support work
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Relevant qualifications or training are beneficial but not essential
