The team is based in a co-located unit at Cardiff Bay Police Station with partner agencies engaged in the Safeguarding agenda (2/3 days on site). Fast paced, office based, no case holding but with a constantly changing work load. The work involves timely risk assessment of contacts/referrals to the MASH and the early identification of those at risk including multi-agency strategy discussions for decision making and safeguarding actions.

Requirements:
- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 Years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
