What you'll be doing
- Managing a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
- Coaching and supporting managers to confidently manage people issues.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contributing to wellbeing, engagement and inclusion projects.
- Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of the HR team.
About you
You'll already be working in a generalist HR role and be ready to step into a position with greater responsibility and influence.
