Salary: £24,500 – £26,500

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm

About the Role

We’re working with a well‑established training provider that’s passionate about helping young people achieve their potential. You’ll play a key part in supporting learners aged 16–19 on their personal and professional journeys – building confidence, employability skills, and qualifications that open doors for their future. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging and supportive learning sessions tailored to individual needs
  • Design creative lesson plans using varied teaching methods to keep learners motivated
  • Support learners to achieve their qualifications to a high standard and within set timeframes
  • Encourage personal growth, confidence, and employability readiness
  • Maintain accurate progress records and work collaboratively with colleagues to support learner success

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working as a tutor, coach, or mentor with young people
  • Understanding of supporting NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) learners
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • GCSE Grade C / Level 5 or above in English and Maths
  • A positive, engaging, and encouraging approach with a genuine passion for helping others succeed
