Are you confident, reliable and keen to make a difference in secondary education? We’re working with a number of welcoming secondary schools across the Cardiff area who are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support their classrooms.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates – including sports graduates – or anyone with experience working with secondary-aged pupils who is looking to gain valuable school-based experience.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom to deliver pre-set work in the absence of the teacher, manage behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged and on task. No planning or marking required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Aged 22 or over
  • Minimum 3 months’ experience working with secondary-aged children (paid or voluntary)
  • Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
  • Adaptable, professional and enthusiastic attitude
  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
