Are you a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity in the Bridgend area? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive Primary Schools and Secondary Schools.

The Role

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Provide tailored support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in SEN settings
  • Encourage pupil confidence, independence and progress
