Your Role
- Support teachers and ALN pupils within school classrooms
- Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Support ALN pupils’ learning, confidence, and engagement
- Promote a positive, calm, and inclusive learning environment
- Support behaviour management in line with school policies
- Work alongside teachers and other support staff to support pupil learning, well‑being, and development
What You’ll Need
- At least 3 months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults (references required)
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (or willingness to register)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and passion for supporting young people
