We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive Secondary Schools across the Barry area.
Whether you’re experienced or looking to build on your classroom skills, we have fantastic short-term and long-term local opportunities to suit you.
The Role
- Manage and cover classes in replacement of the class teacher
- Assist the school in delivering engaging lessons
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Provide tailored support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Encourage pupil confidence, independence and progress
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience covering and managing classes for all subject specialisms
- Ability to lead classes and actively encourage learning
- A patient, nurturing and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting learning and development
