Hoop Housing is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of Wales' leading social housing organisations for an experienced Asset Delivery Surveyor.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Asset Delivery team responsible for delivering high-quality investment and compliance programmes across a large housing portfolio.

The Role

As an Asset Delivery Surveyor, you'll oversee the delivery of investment works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll be responsible for

  • Managing capital investment and compliance projects from inception to completion.
  • Overseeing gas servicing, heating installations, electrical testing and remedial works.
  • Carrying out site inspections, quality assurance checks and contractor performance monitoring.
  • Managing project budgets, programmes, risks and contract performance.
  • Ensuring all works comply with current legislation, regulations and technical standards.
  • Building strong relationships with contractors, residents and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

About You

  • Experience managing property, construction or investment projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, compliance and statutory regulations.
  • Experience writing specifications, tendering works and contract management.
  • Excellent project management, communication and organisational skills.
  • An HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • SMSTS (or equivalent) is desirable.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
