Coordinating meetings, taking notes and preparing documentation for formal HR processes.
Supporting payroll administration and maintaining accurate, confidential employee records.
Coordinating right to work checks, visa documentation and compliance monitoring.
Helping review and update People policies, procedures and guidance.

Experience supporting low-level employee relations matters.
Experience coordinating right to work and visa compliance processes, alongside payroll administration.
