We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to meet the high demand for candidates to fill long-term roles within schools in and around the Cardiff area.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Can build positive relationships with children, and are comfortable working 1:1, in groups, or with whole classes.
  • Work well within a team as a general classroom assistant.
  • Have a childcare qualification OR at least 6 months of experience working with young children or vulnerable adults, including coaching and youth clubs.
  • Are registered with the Education Workforce Council or willing to register.
  • Have an enhanced DBS check on the update service or are willing to undertake one (we can provide guidance on this).
