The role of Client Relationship Associate will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a high end, luxurious, new health service focussed on integrative preventative medicine and the science of ageing. This is a front-line client-facing role combining:
- Front-of-house client engagement
- Ongoing client communication and coordination
- Inbound enquiries and new client onboarding
You will play a key role in how clients experience HOOKE. This role will suit someone who enjoys striving for excellence and is prepared to go above and beyond at every turn.
Role: Client Relationship Associate
Salary: £30,000 +
Contract: Permanent
Location: 86 Brook Street, London W1K 5AY
Working hours: Full Time; Rota work outside of hours so flexibility required
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Coordination
- Support onboarding and coordination of new and existing clients
- Coordination with clients in relation to medical investigations and ad hoc appointments
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and requests
- Act as point of contact for clients when on site at 86 Brook Street
- Ensure clients are fully prepared for their appointments; sending reminders and instructions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey
- Maintain high standards of organisation, discretion and attention to detail
- Concierge support for clients on a rota basis 7 days a week
Client Operations Support
- Support Operations team in appointment booking, necessary form filling
- CRM management: clients, referral network, sales tracker
- Developing and maintaining relationships with supplier and referral network to ensure delivery of best-in-class service for clients
Business Development
- Support Client Service team in responding to inbound enquiries (email, phone, referrals) in a timely and professional manner
- Clearly communicate HOOKE’s proposition in a concise, credible way
- Attendance at sales and marketing events, both internal and external
Communication & Brand Representation
- Communicate in a way that reflects the HOOKE voice: clear, precise and professional
- Adapt communication style to different client types (analytical, time-poor, sceptical)
- Represent the brand appropriately when dealing with UHNW individuals
Candidate Profile
Essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Confident, professional and well-presented
- Comfortable speaking with high-level clients
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
Desirable
- 2 years+ experience in high-end client services, health and wellbeing, concierge, private members’ clubs, hospitality or similar environments
- Exposure to UHNW clients or premium service environments
- Interest in health, longevity, fitness or wellbeing
