This is a frontline leadership role at the heart of our sales engine. As SDR Team Lead, you’ll be the day-to-day leader for a pod of SDRs, reporting into our SDR Manager. You’ll set the bar for outbound excellence, coach reps to consistently hit (and exceed) their potential, and act as a role model for what great looks like at Hook. You’ll work closely with the SDR Manager and the wider Revenue team to scale our outbound motion, improve quality across the funnel, and lay the foundations for future team growth. This role is ideal for a high-performing SDR ready to step into leadership or an existing SDR leader who still loves being close to the craft.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coaching & Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate a pod of SDRs day to day
- Run 1:1s, call reviews, and role-plays focused on continuous improvement
- Coach on messaging, cold calling, objection handling, and qualification
- Create a high-energy, high-accountability team culture
- Ensure strong qualification using frameworks like MEDDPICC
- Performance & Scale
- Track team performance and coach toward clear goals
- Identify and address performance gaps early
- Partner with the SDR Manager on hiring, onboarding, and ramp
- Feed frontline insights into better messaging, tooling, and processes
