Opportunity
This role is perhaps the most unique position in the entire company. You will have complete access to our CEO and his most important work. You will be involved in the most business critical projects and have great exposure to the senior leadership team. You will need to build trust/rapport with leadership early in order to be successful. A strong candidate could develop quickly into a senior executive role here at Hook if they are reliable and demonstrate consistent performance. You will report to our VP of Operations who will facilitate your development in the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our CEO: This is the most important part of this role. You will lead all operational and administrative support to our founder, including managing his schedule, preparing for meetings, and tracking progress on strategic goals ensuring action items are tracked and accomplished.
  • Event Planning: Support the coordination of company events, off-sites, team-building activities, and investor meetings.
  • Content Creation: Create and edit decks/documents for both internal and external stakeholders e.g. investor updates, team meeting presentations & customer event collateral.
  • Office Management: Assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office vendors, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly.
  • Recruitment & Talent: Support the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing great candidates and building talent pipelines to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the process, ensuring every candidate has a smooth and engaging experience.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Help identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that streamline operations, allowing us to scale effectively.
  • Special Projects: Assist the founders with ad hoc projects that arise, which may involve conducting research, data collection, and helping solve operational issues.

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
