Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from opportunity identification to deal close—ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent pipeline growth.
- Work closely with the SDR team to fuel growth by building a robust pipeline and maintaining a high level of self‐motivation and tenacity.
- Prioritise your book of business and formulate account plans and strategies to ensure success.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding our customers' needs and scoping how Hook would be used within the prospect's organization (implementation process, timeframes, workflows, metrics, and goals).
- Provide feedback to the product team based on conversations with customers and prospects, contributing to product growth and development.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment, consistently over‐achieving targets as a top performer.
- Comfortable engaging with C‐Suite level decision makers and presenting captivating product demos that highlight Hook's differentiation and value.
- Excellent communicator who is naturally curious, an attentive listener, and enjoys solving prospects' problems through immersive negotiation.
- Ability to take a strategic and structured approach to identifying new business opportunities, engaging internal and client stakeholders, and closing deals.
- Experience with ACVs exceeding $100k is desirable.
- Thrives in ambiguity, identifies pain points, and embraces team culture and company values.
