Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Projects: Own and track strategic operations projects for the business, ensuring actions are accomplished and deadlines are met. These projects can span every team in the company e.g. one day could be building a product dashboard, project managing a website redesign, creating a sales report or organising our annual offsite.
- Enhance Business Efficiency: Supporting the Ops team with day to day aspects of running the business with a diverse range of operational topics including onboarding, hiring, internal tooling and compliance to ensure smooth running of our processes.
- Recruitment & Talent: Support the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing great candidates and building talent pipelines to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the process, ensuring every candidate has a smooth and engaging experience.
- Event Strategy: Support the coordination of internal events, off-sites and team-building activities. You will focus on how we make our culture the best it can be from the content we present, the activities we run and the socials we organise across the team.
- Content Creation: Create decks for the leadership team for a range of internal or external / customer facing use cases e.g. sales pitches, customer demos, hiring briefs etc.
- Office Management: Assist with general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office vendors, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly.
Opportunity: Operations is the central cog of Hook where you touch every aspect of the company. By joining the team, you are entering a really varied and fast moving part of our business where you’ll work alongside other finance and operations employees. From this team, there are opportunities to develop into a specialisation or become a brilliant generalist for the business. You will report into our VP of Operations whom will facilitate your development in the role.

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
