What You Will Do
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
- Work closely with our SDR team to fuel growth by stacking up your pipeline.
- Prioritise your book of business and formulate account plans and strategies to ensure success.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ needs and scoping how Hook would be used within prospects’ companies (implementation process, timeframes, workflows, metrics & goals).
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Hook product by providing feedback from conversations with customers and prospects.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven track record of successfully selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment – consistently over‑achieved on targets as a top performer.
- You thrive in ambiguity and can identify prospects’ pain points, run captivating product demos that highlight Hook’s differentiation & value.
- You are an excellent communicator and feel comfortable authentically engaging with C‑Suite level decision makers.
- You are naturally curious and an attentive listener. Negotiation style is based on immersing yourself in prospects’ challenges and deriving enjoyment from solving their problems.
- Desirable: Experience with ACV’s >$100k.
- You can take a strategic and structured approach to identifying new business opportunities, engaging internal and client stakeholders, and closing deals.

- £65k–85k base salary plus double OTE (depending on experience).
