We are seeking an enthusiastic, team‑oriented Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Hook Vets on a part‑time basis. Based in the lovely village of Hook, our RCVS‑accredited practice offers the perfect balance of countryside charm, with excellent transport links to London and the South Coast. How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first‑opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice. This is a part‑time role working 30 hours per week, although we're happy to consider candidates looking for between 20 and 30 hours. The role also includes working 1 in 4 Saturdays, finishing at 1:00pm. This is a hands‑on nursing role covering all aspects of practice life, including:

  • Theatre nursing
  • Inpatient care
  • Nurse consultations
  • Laboratory work
  • Supporting our clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care
