RVN – Branch Lead Opportunity @ Independent Practice HNVG, Moreton-in-Marsh Branch, Cotswolds. Permanent or Locum on interim basis. Full & Part Time working patterns considered. Option to include OOH & weekends at our Hospital in Hook Norton. Rate £14.29-£17 per hour depending on experience and skills. Branch open 8am-6:30pm; shifts scheduled within these times.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated RVN to take the lead in our small animal branch in Moreton-in-Marsh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who enjoys autonomy, thrives on building client relationships, and is excited by the idea of growing and developing a branch.

Hook Norton Veterinary Group is a large, independent and well-established practice based in the beautiful Cotswolds. We provide dedicated small animal, equine and farm services and are proud founding members of XLVets. Our Moreton-in-Marsh branch is modern, well-equipped, and has a growing client base, ready for the right person to take it to the next level.

The Role

  • Minimum 1 year RCVS RVN clinic experience gained in the UK
  • Branch experience beneficial
  • Confident, practical and self‑motivated

  • Commitment to high standards and pride in your work, reflecting our brand at all times
  • Initiative and drive to spot opportunities and implement initiatives
  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively
  • Keen to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Full UK driving licence
