We are pleased to offer a position for an experienced, full-time butcher to join our friendly team and family run business located in Ealing, West London. The ideal candidate must be fully trained in all aspects of cutting and displaying meat to a high standard, have good command of the English Language, with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for meat and food. They should be hardworking, self-motivated, reliable and well presented, plus have a friendly and approachable manner towards customer service.
Training in the ancient art of butchery may also be offered to those with less experience but with the right work ethic and positive attitude.
Hours are generally 46.5 per week, made up of 4.5 days per week. Both shops close at 5.30pm on week days, 5pm on Saturdays, closed on Sundays. 4 weeks paid holiday per year. Weekly meat allowance and a bonus scheme based on performance of staff and if each shop targets are met.
