Are you passionate about developing people and delivering high-quality training? We are looking to recruit a Trainer for our Operational team. Reporting to the Operations Senior Trainer, you will design, deliver, and support engaging training programmes for both new starters and existing colleagues. You will play a key role in our induction process, guiding new joiners through their training journey and supporting them during their ‘Grad Bay’ period, ensuring they are set up for success.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions
- Design and deliver training programmes, including eLearning content
- Provide induction and refresher training on our products and processes
- Support new starters and operational staff during the ‘Grad Bay’ process
- Conduct training needs analysis and provide timely feedback
- Contribute to our Learning & Development community through our HR platform
- Carry out training administration and represent the training function across the business
- Stay up to date with training trends and best practices for the contact centre environment
- Experience in training staff, including designing and reviewing training materials
- Highly organised, confidential, and performance-driven
- Excellent communication, influencing, and rapport-building skills
- Ability to motivate others and foster a positive learning environment
- Previous experience within a contact centre Learning & Development function (beneficial)
