Are you passionate about putting the ‘human’ in Human Resources? We’re looking for an experienced HR Adviser with a strong background in employee relations to join our HR Operations team. This is a HR generalist role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the business, ensuring our policies and procedures are implemented effectively. This is an exciting opportunity, where you’ll play a key role in the implementation of our HRIS and supporting managers and employees across areas of HR.
What will I do in the role?
- Support implementation of HRIS
- Provide 1st & 2nd line HR support to managers and employees
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with UK legislation
- Support managers within the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate HR records, producing reports for management
- Participate or lead in HR projects such as process improvement
- Administrate payroll monthly activities
What do I need?
- Strong administration skills
- Implementation or exposure to HRIS
- Previous experience in HR and understanding of employment law
- Experience in ER case management and improving HR metrics - beneficial
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A collaborative team player as well as able to work alone
- Able to deal with change effectively
- Able to demonstrate empathy and apply policy
