WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll be a key link between our customers, warehouse, and transport teams making sure orders run smoothly from start to finish:
- Processing customer orders accurately into our ERP system
- Communicating in Cantonese and/or Mandarin with our customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, WeChat and more
- Coordinating with our warehouse to ensure orders are picked, packed and ready on time
- Arranging deliveries with transport, couriers and third-party logistics providers
- Keeping customers informed throughout the order journey
