WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll be a key link between our customers, warehouse, and transport teams making sure orders run smoothly from start to finish: Processing customer orders accurately into our ERP system Communicating in Cantonese and/or Mandarin with our customers via phone, email, WhatApp, WeChat and more Coordinating with our warehouse to ensure orders are picked, packed and ready on time Arranging deliveries with transport, couriers and third-party logistics providers Keeping customers informed throughout the order journey General administration and data entry duties
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You don't need to tick every box if you're enthusiastic and willing to learn, we want to hear from you! Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (essential) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel A confident and professional telephone manner Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Flexible and reliable able to work early/late shifts when needed A genuine team player with a positive, proactive attitude A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
WORKING HOURS This is a shift-based role, working 5 and a half days per week (approximately 43.75 hours per week). Shifts cover early and late patterns to support our distribution operation. Full details will be provided at interview.
