Main Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage documentation, data, and processes from onboarding to off-boarding, including welcoming new employees.
- Act as the first-line response for employee queries, document requests, and basic employee relations issues; troubleshoot employee issues to provide solutions or refer to appropriate personnel.
- Responsible for HR data management, maintenance, and auditing; ensure operational processes, procedures, and policies are aligned with current UK employment law and compliance requirements.
- Support seamless execution of recruitment delivery for vacancies in the UK.
- Receive daily check updates from facilities suppliers and communicate relevant information to all staff; prepare and publish internal communications regarding office maintenance, department policy updates, public transportation strikes, etc.
- Manage office layout including desk, drawer, and cabinet assignments for new and departing employees; responsible for assets management, help desk, and inventory control.
- Handle stationery orders, inventory management, and distribution.
- Arrange and support meetings and various corporate events (e.g., monthly birthday parties, Easter, and Christmas events), including venue arrangement, decoration, and table setting.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must); familiar with local laws, regulations, and the human resources market environment in the UK.
