Position: Graphic Designer

In a world where most people tend to sleepwalk their way toward buying the same smartphone brand, HONOR is creating a more exciting choice for people who seek out premium tech in the UK and Ireland. We're growing fast and looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house artworking team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who loves working at the heart of a fast-moving brand bringing global creative concepts to life across our local shopper, customer service, social media and advertising touch-points in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

You’ll work closely with our marketing, network operator, retail and e-Store teams to adapt and reapply designs from our headquarters global campaigns preparing artwork for everything from store displays and digital advertising to social media and print materials.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting polished, brand-perfect artwork, has a sharp eye for design consistency, and takes pride in making creative assets production-ready across all formats.

  • Adapt and localise global campaign designs for use across retail, print, digital, and social media channels.
  • Prepare artwork for production ensuring all files meet technical specs, brand guidelines, and print or digital standards.
  • Reformat, resize, and version existing creative assets for various platforms and markets.
  • Maintain quality control and consistency in typography, layout, and visual identity across all materials.
  • Liaise with printers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of assets.
  • Support the broader marketing team with ad-hoc design needs.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years experience in a graphic design or artworker role (agency or in-house).
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign with basic knowledge of AI applications in the design process.
  • Basic video-editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a plus, as is experience applying design to HTML CSS.
  • Strong understanding of file setup, colour management, print specs, and digital export formats for social media channels.
  • Excellent attention to detail you love accuracy and consistency in design.
  • Comfortable to help create templates and guidelines, with pride in getting the details right.
  • An eye for planning and organization of design flow, with familiarity of digital asset management systems or workflow tools.
