Job Overview
We seek a proactive E-Commerce User Operations Intern to support daily platform management, fan community engagement, and data-driven content strategies. You will play a key role in optimizing sales performance and building sustainable user-generated content (UGC) ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily E-Commerce User Operations
- Maintain and optimize self-operated stores user metric and operation
- Track user metrics, analyze performance trends, and generate actionable reports.
- Develop and refine data dashboards for operational decision-making.
- Fan Community Management
- Execute targeted campaigns to grow follower base and enhance brand loyalty.
- Implement segmented engagement strategies for core user groups.
- Monitor community feedback and coordinate with CRM/Social Media teams.
- UGC Content System Development
- Establish tiered user frameworks to incentivize content creation.
- Build scalable UGC resource pools through gamified interactions.
- Curate high-impact fan content for cross-platform distribution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Support marketing initiatives with data insights and operational logistics.
- Assist in A/B testing for UI/UX improvements and promotional tactics.
Qualifications:
- Language: Fluent English (written/spoken).
- Agile, detail-oriented, and strong multitasking abilities.
