Job Overview

We seek a proactive E-Commerce User Operations Internship to support daily platform management, fan community engagement, and data-driven content strategies. You will play a key role in optimizing sales performance and building sustainable user-generated content (UGC) ecosystems. You will also be in charge of HONOR All Scenario products sales across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily E-Commerce User Operations
    • Maintain and optimize self-operated stores user metric and operation.
    • Track user metrics, analyze performance trends, and generate actionable reports.
    • Develop and refine data dashboards for operational decision-making.
  • Fan Community Management
    • Execute targeted campaigns to grow follower base and enhance brand loyalty.
    • Implement segmented engagement strategies for core user groups.
    • Monitor community feedback and coordinate with CRM/Social Media teams.
  • UGC Content System Development
    • Establish tiered user frameworks to incentivize content creation.
    • Build scalable UGC resource pools through gamified interactions.
    • Curate high-impact fan content for cross-platform distribution.
    • In charge of all CRM activity.
  • HONOR All Scenario Product Sales and Management
    • Manage HONOR All Scenario Product sales among all channels.
    • Assist sales manager to launch products and manage sales.
    • Provide marketing/product insight for All Scenario product and help business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Language: Fluent English (written/spoken).
  • Agile, detail-oriented, and strong multitasking abilities.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience: E-commerce/User Operations Internship Experience.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
  • Basic knowledge of social media management.
