The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join a growing creative agency. You will need to be organised, proactive, and a natural at building client relationships. Core Responsibilities
- You will be at the heart of their client projects, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional results. This includes:
- Lead all communication with clients on mid-sized campaigns.
- Provide support to Account Directors and Senior Account Managers on large-scale campaigns.
- Create and manage detailed project plans in Notion, ensuring all projects stay on schedule.
- Lead internal project kick-off calls, schedule ongoing check-ins, and manage internal communication via Slack.
- Drive team accountability for deadlines and milestones, and ensure all project materials are organised and accessible.
- Monitor the completion of assigned actions, following up as needed to keep things moving.
- Maintain and verify pricing documents to ensure all projects are delivered within budget.
- Brief creative and copy teams, overseeing the delivery of final assets via Basecamp, Notion, or Google Drive.
- Lead end-of-campaign (EOC) wrap-ups and deliver comprehensive campaign reporting.
You will play a key role in bringing their events to life, managing all aspects from start to finish:
- Develop comprehensive event project plans and draft detailed event tour schedules.
- Coordinate with universities and suppliers to ensure high-quality events.
- Prepare and manage essential event documentation, including risk assessments, PLI, and food hygiene certificates.
- Work with internal teams and clients to create all necessary event collateral (e.g., A-boards, exhibition stands, QR codes).
- Contribute to Brand Ambassador recruitment and communications as needed.

- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management or marketing support role (agency experience a plus).
- You have an excellent understanding of the English language (both spoken and written).

Hybrid working ✨
We have a hybrid work set-up, whereby you will be expected to work from their office in Brixton every Tuesday, with more time encouraged. If you need more flexibility than this, please let us know.
