We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive long‑term sustainable growth for a professional services firm. This pivotal role blends creative marketing leadership with analytical business acumen to expand market presence, strengthen brand awareness, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote services.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and content creation in collaboration with external agencies.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels and materials.
Business Development & Growth
- Design and implement the firm’s approach to business development, working closely with practice leaders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Support senior professionals in maintaining and developing client and stakeholder relationships.
Data & Performance Management
- Set KPIs and measure performance across marketing and business development activities.
- Manage operational lead generation opportunities in real time, coordinating outsourced call handling and internal triage teams.
- Analyse campaign results and market data to optimise strategies and budgets.
- Report regularly on progress, ROI, and key insights to senior management.
- Foster collaboration across departments to align marketing with firm‑wide goals.
- Partner with practice heads to develop business development initiatives and skills.
Experience & Skills
- 5 years ++ years’ experience in marketing and business development, ideally within a legal or regulated environment.
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and delivering successful campaigns.
- Experience with industry publications (e.g., Legal 500) is advantageous.
- Strong background in managing budgets and cross‑functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
