A global demand generation agency that partners with leading companies such as Google, Microsoft, Adobe, AWS, Salesforce, SAP, and PWC. This is an in-house role based in London with a hybrid working model.

The role is responsible for leading the agency’s marketing and business development efforts across digital, content, events, CRM, proposals, and brand visibility. You will ensure the brand is consistently represented and that the pipeline is full of high-quality opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Communications
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals.
    • Manage and optimise digital channels including website, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
    • Oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, vlogs/podcasts) and ensure brand consistency.
    • Lead award submissions and industry recognition efforts.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
    • Identify PR opportunities for the agency, working with external PR representatives when necessary.
  • New Business Management
    • Work closely with the new business team to create proposals and RFP responses, ensuring high-quality, tailored submissions.
    • Collaborate with the new business team to align outreach and conversion strategies.
    • Identify opportunities for the agency and its leadership team to be represented at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • CRM & Data Management
    • Own and manage the CRM system for the agency (Pipedrive, migrating to Monday.com in Q1 2026) ensuring data integrity and usability.
    • Segment and maintain marketing lists, track engagement, and generate monthly pipeline and opportunity reports.
    • Use analytics to inform strategy and improve lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Event Management
    • Plan and execute agency-led and client-facing events.
    • Support event promotion through all relevant channels.
Skills & Experience Required
  • 3-5 years in B2B marketing and business development, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing channels and CRM platforms.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, especially for proposals and content.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and commercial mindset.
