Marketing Executive

Location: Hybrid- Derbyshire (with travel to other sites as required)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Salary: £25k- £32k DOE

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join the dynamic Marketing Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and organised individual to play a key role in shaping and delivering the marketing strategy.

You will work closely with the leadership team and external partners to ensure campaigns are impactful, innovative, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts
• Create engaging and creative content across platforms
• Support brand and social campaigns
• Assist with production of marketing materials (print, digital, web)
• Liaise with outsourced marketing partners
• Develop and oversee marketing campaigns for customer retention and new business
• Present updates and insights to internal teams
• Conduct market research and audience analysis
• Generate ideas and strategies to support business growth
• Organise and attend exhibitions and events
• Manage online training for Resin Bonded Aggregates
• Respond to customer reviews and feedback

Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills (essential)
• Social media, Content, Email, Blogs etc
• SEX (Google Analytics, SEM Rush) a bonus!
• Ability to manage a varied workload under pressure
• Organised and methodical approach to tasks
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Exceptional team-working ability
• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience (preferred)
