Marketing Communications Manager (Events, B2B, Tech, Agency) – Global B2B Lead Generation and Marketing Agency – London / Hybrid

The Role

As a Marketing Communication Executive, you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This role involves managing client relationships, developing account and campaign plans, and delivering event marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the day-to-day point of contact.
  2. Lead regular client meetings and calls to review timelines, progress, performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for further campaign opportunities.
  3. Address client needs and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust.
  4. Understand client businesses, industries, and objectives to provide input into campaigns and guidance.
  5. Prepare and present regular reports on account status, campaign performance, and key metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Work closely with the Client Lead and Strategy Director to develop tailored marketing and business development strategies.
  7. Oversee the execution of marketing and business development activities and campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and measurable results.
  8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  9. Coordinate teams internally working on your accounts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  10. Request internal resources effectively on your accounts to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  1. A degree in Marketing, Business, Events or a related field is preferred.
  2. Up to 2 years of experience in account management, preferably within a B2B marketing agency.
  3. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and events.

  1. Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within a B2B marketing agency.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
