Looking for a business development role without the outreach/ cold calling? But still earn commission?! This is a unique chance to join a fantastic Global B2B Lead Generation agency who partner with some of the biggest names in Tech and Agency!
This is a sales role with monthly targets, where you’ll focus on outbound prospecting and be responsible for generating registrations to digital and in-person events through managing LinkedIn campaigns, by utilising automation tools.
Each day is different! Working in a team across a wide range of clients you’ll:
- Generate attendees to client webinars & events. You’ll reach out to prospects through running LinkedIn digital campaigns and utilising marketing automation tools.
- Build targeting lists on LinkedIn Sales Navigator of people who fit the target personas that our clients want to target. This involves building advanced searches and evaluating profiles to determine whether someone fits the brief and then organising the leads into different lists and segments.
- LinkedIn outreach where you’ll use a mix of direct messaging and automation to reach out and invite prospects to events or share reports and content.
- Support the wider Business Development team on various client accounts – helping to build and nurture new business leads and relationships.

Hybrid Working:
They work really closely together in multi-discipline teams internally, so it’s important to us that they spend time together and are able to be creative and collaborate in real life, not just over screens. This role is 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week. The office days are fixed – Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
