We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Central Operations Executive to join our team as a flexible, field-based resource supporting the senior leadership team and stores across the business.

You'll be the person we rely on to keep things running smoothly - whether that's maintaining our menus and platforms, helping launch a new site or menu, supporting events, or ensuring our operational standards stay consistently high across every location.

What You'll Do

  • Operational Support
    • Conduct site visits to support operational standards, compliance, and guest experience
    • Support implementation of operational initiatives, product launches, and company projects
    • Identify operational issues and escalate concerns appropriately
    • Ensure consistent execution of company standards across all sites visited
    • Assist site management teams during periods of absence, transition, or peak trading
  • Administration & Coordination
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations team
    • Maintain operational documents, trackers, reports, and shared resources
    • Track actions and follow up on outstanding tasks across departments
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates
    • Manage and maintain operational filing systems and databases
  • Events & Project Support
    • Assist in the planning and delivery of company events, launches, training sessions, and store initiatives
    • Support new site openings, relaunches, and promotional activities
  • Guest, Catering & Communications
    • Manage operational inboxes and respond to enquiries professionally
    • Support catering enquiries and event bookings where required
    • Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
    • Act as a professional representative of the business when communicating with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Compliance & Standards
    • Support compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and company policies
    • Assist with audits, corrective actions, and operational reviews
    • Ensure operational documentation and platforms remains accurate and up to date

Essential

  • Previous experience in an operations, administration, or hospitality support role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Happy to travel regularly across London and regional sites
