At Honi Poke, our General Managers are the heart of the shop, energising the team, delighting our guests, and ensuring we serve fresh, feel‑good food every day. As a General Manager, you’ll be accountable for the business performance of your shop.
Core Responsibilities
- Build a profit plan that keeps People, Hospitality, and Quality front and centre.
- Manage controllable costs like labour and waste to hit targets.
- Use KPIs to drive shop performance through regular review and team development.
- Work closely with your Area Manager to continuously improve performance.
- Oversee stock control and inventory management to ensure availability and minimise waste.
