Inspired by the bold flavours of Pacific Hawaiian cuisine, our vibrant poke bowls and sushi grab-and-go options bring sunshine to busy streets, but it’s our people who make the real difference. We’re looking for passionate Sushi Chefs in our stores.

As a Sushi Chef, you’ll prepare high-quality sushi with consistency, ensuring every dish meets our standards for freshness, flavour, and presentation. You’ll support smooth kitchen operations while keeping a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

We have two roles available:

  • Sushi Chef – Early morning shifts, starting from 6:00 am
  • Sushi Chef – Afternoon and evening shifts

Both roles offer 20–35 hours per week, depending on business needs and your availability.

  • Experience preparing sushi (maki, nigiri, sashimi, rolls)
  • Solid knife skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for fresh, beautiful, high-quality food
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong focus on food safety, hygiene, and consistency
  • A positive attitude and a team-first approach
