The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.

Your role is to combine your sales talent with the ability to lead a small sales team. It is essential that this role is understood as a sales function.

  • Define the strategy to develop and improve the business inside the territory according to the general strategy of Hongfa group and Hongfa Europe.
  • Support and coach team members in all activities which lead to growth of market share.
  • Engage and drive Hongfa organization to support and respond in time with the quality level on customers’ expectations (e.g. quotation, logistics, application engineering, quality).
  • Take charge of a number of strategic, decisive or representative accounts in defined industries in alignment with Hongfa global strategy, including account strategy, account planning and relationship management.
  • Detect and realise new opportunities/projects in close cooperation with Application engineers and other team members to promote Hongfa products accordingly.
  • Continuously build up a good trustful relationship between the customer and Hongfa.
  • Travel regularly to customers, fairs, factories and other necessary meetings.
  • Manage the UK & Nordic Team.
