HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Formulate and drive the organisation’s brand, digital, social and consumer PR strategy, continually looking for new opportunities to effectively target relevant consumer & media segments through the right media channels in order to drive brand awareness and ultimately visitation.
- Plan, brief & manage agencies to deliver campaigns in line with organisational strategy, KPIs and budgets.
- Manage the PR function, determining and providing strategic guidance, setting the team’s yearly KPIs, in line with overall strategy, ensuring full integration with marketing and trade activities.
- Identify, drive and manage all brand partnerships – develop travel & non‑travel strategic alliances to maximise coverage for HKTB on partner channels, ensuring brand message is impactful and consistent.
- Manage digital & social media and ensure all activity is in line with the brand objectives, narrative, tone of voice and overall creative tone to drive high quality engaged fan bases.
- Work closely with the travel trade team (and external travel partners) & take the lead in the development of cross‑department media and trade co‑operative campaigns, including evaluating opportunities, creative production, digital tracking and integrated campaign delivery.
- Accurately report on post‑campaign performance and to recommend changes in order to improve the performance of future activities.
- Budget & procurement management in line with the Financial Policies and Procedures Manual.
- Optimization of all marketing spend to ensure budgets are fully utilised to achieve objectives.
- Supervise, develop mentor and manage direct reports to enable career progression.
- Monitor and analyse the market trends and recommend appropriate actions to capitalise on the trends.
- Undertake any other duties / ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Director.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University Degree or equivalent education level.
- An all‑round marketing professional with at least 10 years in brand & digital marketing and experience of managing or working closely with PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Working knowledge of digital technologies and applications, including Google / Adobe Analytics, Google Ads & Display Network, Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram, Twitter, PhotoShop and Content Management Systems.
- Strong project management skills to successfully delegate tasks and co‑ordinate multi‑stakeholder campaigns.
- A good team player with a “can do” attitude.
- An eye for detail and a drive to keep up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing.
- Strong numerical, analytical skills required to critically evaluate campaigns.
- Thorough understanding of GDPR compliance & regulations.
- An understanding of working for an international/multi‑cultural organisation is desirable, as is experience in working for a public / governmental body.

The position is an on‑site role based in our London Office. We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
