Office Manager / Marketing

Coordinate education and training the travel trade by giving product presentations and training sessions to increase operators\’ and agents\’ core knowledge of Hong Kong and to establish Hong Kong as a preferred holiday and stopover destination. Gather market intelligence and report on industry trends and activities. Instigate and implement trade incentives as part of wider marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Senior Manager, Marketing and Public Relations. Contact & Contract and annual Chinese New Year event. Order, maintain and distribute brochure stocks and other promotional materials supply in office in line with internal procedures. A degree level or similar with minimum 6 years\’ experience in a travel trade facing role Knowledge of the following software packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Willingness to travel within the region and to work evenings and weekends if required Knowledge of the European travel industry landscape is an advantage but not essential Travel industry experience either in a similar role or working within the travel trade essential and prior knowledge of Hong Kong a distinct advantage The position is located in our London Office We do not offer moving allowances from other cities
