Support in planning and implementation of trade marketing initiatives such as trade marketing campaigns, delivery of trade seminars & training, business development with regular sales calls, and exploring opportunities to promote Hong Kong. To assist to cultivate and maintain a close relationship with local and online travel agents, tour operators, airlines, cruise lines and corporates. To assist, organise and handle necessary logistics of marketing activities. To collect market intelligence and prepare regular reporting to the business. To bring familiarisation groups to go to Hong Kong through management assignments. To carry out required administrative jobs such as routine reports (weekly/Monthly/Annual). To support other disciplines as required.
University Degree holder. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in hospitality or tourism-related business is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good verbal and written English communication skills. Proven strong teamwork in supporting the department to reach business goals. Detail-oriented. Good time management in fast pace working environment. Familiarity with marketing and digital marketing principles. Confidence with CRM tools and AI technologies. Ability to attend work-related events outside of normal office hours across the UK. Familiarity with Hong Kong and/or Chinese Mainland is desirable.
The position is an on-site role based in our London Office. We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
